Shipping and Return
We accept returns for damaged or defective goods, or for items that are not as described on our website.
We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened or used unless the product is defective.
All exchange and refund requests must be made within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, or if the item was damaged during shipment, please email us at email@example.com for return instructions.
You will receive a refund or exchange after a thorough review of the returned product.
Items that do not qualify for return or exchange will be discarded and will not be eligible for credit.
Shipping cost for the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
ALL ordered item(s) will be shipped via FEDEX GROUND or USPS within 24 hours of receipt of your order. (during business days excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays). Our standard shipping Methods (FEDEX GROUND or USPS) are fully trackable.
We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers.
